The Board of Finance held a special meeting on this date at 7:30 p.m. at the Wequetequock Fire Dept. Members present were Glenn Frishman, Chairman; Andrew Rines, Secretary; Dudley Wheeler; John O’Brien, Bryan Bentz and Kevin Burns. Maryanna Stevens, Director of Finance was also present.
Mr. Frishman called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
Mrs. Stevens had provided for the members’ review, budget reduction scenarios. After reviewing the revenues and discussion the members unanimously agreed to cut from Public Works-Highway, the 40,000 GVW Dump Truck totaling $149,333.

There being no further business to come before the Board, Mr. Rines made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Wheeler seconded the motion and the meeting was unanimously adjourned at 9:09 p.m.
